The fruit of the Spirit is joy.
Sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; … in all our affliction, I am overflowing with joy. – We rejoice in our sufferings. – Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith…for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame. – These things I have spoken unto you, that joy might be in you, and that your joy may be full. – As we share abundantly in Christ’s sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too. – Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. – In your presence there is fulness of joy: at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. – For the Lamb in the midst of the throne shall will be their shepherd, and he will guide them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
